…wasn’t our first dog, not by a long shot. Of all the dogs that have been through the sanctuary, I selected him as the one that best represents what we strive for at Tuskany Falls. A strong case could have been made for Bear, who was more wild dog than he was domestic. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Kelly and Whiskers at the top of the list. But in the final decision, it was Slick’s personality that won out. He loved every person and every animal he met. You can read more about Slick here.
